What if I can’t explain the problem? +
Tell me what you were trying to do and what happened. That’s enough to start. Computer trouble? diagnose it first.
Will I get to try it myself? +
Yes. I explain a step, then you try it. We can repeat it and make notes together. There’s time to ask questions.
Do I pay for the first call? +
No. The first 15-minute phone or video call is free. We talk about what you need before arranging a paid session.
Can we just use the phone? +
Of course. Email me your phone number and a time that suits you, and we’ll arrange a call.
